Hubby Does My Makeup! D:)

Ahhh! My husband does my makeup lol. I got the idea from a lot of the Youtube beauty gurus that have their boyfriend/husband do their makeup. After watching some cute and funny ones I asked my husband Fino if he could do my makeup hehe. Being the supportive man he is, he agreed to it! 

WARNING! The next few pictures you see of me are a side of me you guys have never seen... no makeup! :O :O :O

So what I did to start it of was put on my own foundation and powder just to give Fino a clean canvas! 

  

He first put on mascara lol. Idk I thought it was so weird because it's one of the last things I put on. I was so scared he was going to jab me in the eye but he did a good job awwww :D

Next he put eye primer on and shadow. He asked what I use to put the shadows so I showed him... 

  Our little man saw Daddy and wanted to help :)

Next he put eye liner on. It was kinda scary because he chose to use liquid eye liner... we all know how that is.

Last he applied lipstick, blush and even did my eyebrows! The whole time I couldn't stop laughing! I had to calm my self for some pics, it's just so funny seeing your hubby doing your makeup!!

So here's the end look... I am actually really surprised!!! I was expecting red lips, raccoon eyes and bright pink cheeks!. He was so gentle, motivated, and intrested lol! It was funny because every time I would go to tell him to do something or give him a tip he would be like, "UH UH UH, i'm doin your makeup MY way!" lol. It was also really nice to have my husband see what I have to go through with makeup! He is always telling me that I spend wayyy to much time with my makeup and I don't need it (which i'm happy he thinks) but I don't think he understood it completely. I think this made him see where all my time goes hehe. Overall, I think he secretly had a lot of fun doing this, he was really proud of himself! :) If you girls have a hubby or a boyfriend I encourage you to do this!!!

FOTD: Kim Kardashian sun kissed inspired.

Hey girls! While watching Kourtney & Kim Take NY, I noticed Kim's makeup in the episode she was recording her song. It was so pretty, natural and sun kissed looking so I wanted to recreate it as much as I could. Here's the pics from the episode:

Here's my attempt to create her look:

I mainly just wanted to focus on the face. 

Face:

*Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup in Natural beige 60

*Neutrogena Mineral Sheers in Tan 80

*Hard Candy Glamogflauge concealer in light

*Elf contouring blush and bronzing powder

Lips:

*Maybellline Dream Mousse concealer in Beige, Medium 0-.2.5

*Revlon lipstick in soft nude

Eyes:

*Elf eyeshadow primer

*Elf 32 eyeshadow palette light pink and matte grey

*Revlon Million lash mascara 

*Elf eyebrow kit in medium 

After applying liquid foundation and powder, I dabbed the hard candy concealer under my eyes and on my upper cheek bones to give the whole "Kim Kardashian Highlighted Cheek Bones"

Then I contoured my face with Elf blush ad bronzing powder (using the bronzer side). By the way, this is probably my favorite elf product of all time!!! And it's only 3 dollars :) :) Then I used the blush on the apples of my cheeks. Next I did my eyes using Elfs shadow primer, pink all over my lid and using the grey matte out of the palette as a eyeliner. Next was my lips. I used the Maybelline concealer on my lips first because my natural color of lip is almost red, i'm not even kidding! It has always been annoying on account of I love nude lips : / Then I applied Revlon's Soft nude. Last I did my eyebrows. I know they aren't the best today but that's how they turned out lol.  and... TADA! done. It's probably not EXACT with the makeup but this is my attempted :) 

Oh and notice i'm a bit tanner? It's a super affordable self tanner I have been using! I'll post a review about it soon!

~Soft Natural Makeup~

Hey everyone! So is it just me or wearing a lot of make up for a few days just makes you want to wear hardly anything at all?!?! I just feel like I need to give my face (and eyelashes) a break every once in a while. Well I felt that today and I decided to go a bit less on the make up. 

For the eyes I decided to lay off of the false lashes that tear out my eyelashes :( :( (sorry lashes) and apply some mascara, trying to to apply too much. Then some natural eyeshadow. I was inspired my Holly Madison. I never realized how natural and gorgeous her daily eye make up was! HERE'S a pic. 

Next for my face, I applied light liquid foundation, some powder, and a little bit of blush on the apples of my cheeks. 

For the lips I used a pink lip gloss. (Beige NYX)

Last, filled in brows and ta da! that's it. 

It was so nice to wear less make up. It didn't take to long and my husband loved it lol.

Selina Gomez Inspired Look

In the February issue of INSTYLE magazine, Selina Gomez had a spreed on flaunting you favorite body parts. I loved her makeup, it was so simple but bold with a bright pink lip.

Face: Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup, Elf powder to set, NYC Bronzer to contour my cheeks.

Eyes: only NYC liquid eyeliner, and ELFS regular & water proof duo mascara

Lips: Victoria Secrets Beauty rush in cherry bomb

Hair: super simple, just parted in the middle with a low messy bun.

Face/ Hair of the day ♥

SO I have a face/ hair of the day for you guys :) Yes, I know my face looks swollen but it is because I am 37 weeks preggers now and having a c-section less than 2 weeks! AND yes my pictures suck because I currently do not have a camera, just my BB camera so excuse the pics. ANYWAYS... today I decided to do kinda like a holiday look. It's a maroon-ish, gold-ish look.

Face

I'm using all E.l.f. shadows on my eyes, with E.l.f. eye shadow primer

Cheeks: E.l.f. Contouring Blush & Bronzer

Lips: Wet n Wild Mega Last lipstick in pink suga

& Bonnebell Lip Lites in Carmel Latte

Lashes: ebay lashes!

This is on of E.l.f.'s eye shadow palette's. I used #1 all over my eyelid, the #2 in my crease brought half way up my brow bone...

Next I used E.l.f.'s 32 piece eye shadow palette. I put #3 all into my crease, #4 into the outer V, and #5 under my brow as a highlight.

Then I applied cream, black eye liner, mascara, and these lashes I reviewed a while ago from Hong Kong...

Hair

For my hair I first used Garnier Fructis sleek & shine hair serum

and spiral curled my hair in one direction using Aussie's volume hair spray as I curled.

I took out my 18" extensions because now I FINALLY feel comfortable with my hair length after growing it for about 5 years! (my hair grows soooo slow)
