EOTD: Color Blocking! and DIYcolored eye liner?

Hey girlies! OK... So this by far has to be one of my favorite looks I've done. Mainly because of the bright blue eyeliner (Which I DIYed myself) and just how these colors look together. So here it is...

I of course used my Manly palette.

 First things first! Primed my eye and continued on with wetting my brush with mac fix +, picked up some matte orange from the palette and started to pat it all over my lid. Next I blended the brightest red into my crease and blended that out with a shade or two lighter than my skintone color. The I applied a shimmery purple along my bottom lash line, applied my lashes and covered up the glue with a black liquid eye liner of course!  I used a fix+ to wet down a small concealer brush (you can use an eyeliner brush) and I dabbed it into a bright bright royal blue from an old elf palett I had until the pressed eyeshadow became more of a liquidy consistantcey. Almost liquid liner like. The I applied it onto my upper lash like just like how I usually do with black liquid liner and winged it out. I've been dying to get my hands on a bright blue liquid eyeliner recently but I haven't found one that meets my expectations tehe :) But this worked amazing for me and I felt like the bright blue made my brown eyes pop. I'm excitied to see what other colors I can use to make a liquid eyeliner with! 

Anywho it's just something I discoverd for myself recently (it's probably been discovered before that I didn't know about lol) and I thought it was fun hehe

Light blue smokey eye + Halloween pics.

Hey everyone!!! I have a few pics for you guys :)

The first is a light blue smokey eye I did a few days ago and I really love :) I didn't film this but let me know if you would like to see a tutorial :)

And here are so late Halloween pictures! My hubby and I didn't dress up this year :( so I decided to do some makeup lol. I did half sugar skull on me and the joker makeup on him hehe.

A few days before Halloween I decided just to try my first sugar skull and here's the outcome...

It was my first attempt at this and I wish I did a few things different haha. 

But I hope everyone enjoyed this pics for now :)

Elf Quad: Day to Night

Hey everyone! So if you have been following up on my post, you may know that I do not have internet at the moment and have been running to my moms to use it for this blog!

 With no internet, I haven't been able to type up a long post, so I have just been making some videos. Here is one that I did with Elf's Quad Day to Night. I already have a few of these quads and I love them! They are so compact and they have great quality shadows with beautiful colors. All of the colors have a little bit of shimmer in it except the dark green color. They were all really pigmented as always and lives up to it's name, 'Day to night'. For day time you could simply apply the light cream color and the auburn/ gold color (I know I am horrible at describing colors) and you are good to go for the day. But if you want a night time look, just add the maroon color into you crease and dark green into the outer corner of your eye. 
In this video I used all of the colors and you get to see my sweet baby boy hehe!

Eye Look: Arizona Green Tea Can Inspired

Hey girlies!!!  So I did this look a while ago but I wasn't sure if I wanted to post it or not. This was just a fun look inspired by the Arizona Green Tea can. I'm not all that great with colorful eyeshadows but i'm practicing! Hope you enjoy!

Manly 30 Color Eye Shadow;Eyeshadow Palette Make Up Blush

 Hey everyone!!! Hope everyone had a great week and have some fun plans for the weekend! Mine was good, just had to snip some of my sons binkies lol! 

SO recently I received a Manly eyeshadow palette from KKcenterhk to review and let me tell, you I was so excited to receive this palette! It took about about 10 days to get here to Utah. I am so impressed by the packaging. I 100% trust them to send me my eyeshadow palettes safe and undamaged! My mother-in-law lives with us and she handed the package to me and looked almost bigger than her lol. It was wrapped multiple times in bubble wrap, and taped. It came it a white Manly box that listed the ingredients on the back. It was also wrapped one more time inside the box. Judging at their pictures on their website, I expected a huge palette but it was actually a pretty decent size, very easy to handle. Here's the palette compared to my hand size... and my 2 year olds hehe :)

So lets take a look at these bad boys :)

All came in perfect condition :) It has 2 palettes, 30 shadows; 15 per palette. Both palettes can pull out of case. There's also a little ribbon to pull them out (seen in the picture below)

 I applied a small amount of each color. (The bluish/green color on pic 2 was damaged by my son :(, again all came in perfect condition)

Overall view: I normally am not a huge "colorful shadows" fan, but this palette was defenitly an exception. I have found my self going to this palette more than I thought I would. The case is sturdy and heavier than I was expecting it to be, the shadows where large, and most were pigmented. I loved how it came with a variety of colors I can play with, how it has hues in the same color family and it is very portable as they clammed. Although this was sent to me for free to review, I think it is a very reasonable, inexpensive price for 30 shadows. Some cons: some were not as pigmented. Specifically the matte light green and matte light yellow were the less pigmented. Also some colors seemed chalky, such as some of the mattes.  

Do I recommend buying this? Yes, I loved it. The colors are gorgeous! If you love colorful eye shadows and love to have many hues in the same color, I highly recommend this.
