Revlon Pink Pout♥

Hey everyone!!  So recently I bought Revlon's Matte lipstick in 'Pink Pout' I think its a fun lipstick for spring and summer. I'm kind of upset with myself because I deleted the good picture of me wearing it :( :( the pic below just doesn't do it justice! I Also swatched and compared it to NYX mega shine lip gloss in Beige (by the way I missed spelled Beige wrong in the pic, forgive me lol) and Elf lipstick in Classy. It is more purple toned compared to them but overall it's a pretty pink :) By the way I think they have this color in one of their glosses.

What ya girls think???
 What's your fav pink lippie???

FOTD: Kim Kardashian sun kissed inspired.

Hey girls! While watching Kourtney & Kim Take NY, I noticed Kim's makeup in the episode she was recording her song. It was so pretty, natural and sun kissed looking so I wanted to recreate it as much as I could. Here's the pics from the episode:

Here's my attempt to create her look:
I mainly just wanted to focus on the face.
*Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup in Natural beige 60
*Neutrogena Mineral Sheers in Tan 80
*Hard Candy Glamogflauge concealer in light
*Elf contouring blush and bronzing powder
*Maybellline Dream Mousse concealer in Beige, Medium 0-.2.5
*Revlon lipstick in soft nude
*Elf eyeshadow primer
*Elf 32 eyeshadow palette light pink and matte grey
*Revlon Million lash mascara
*Elf eyebrow kit in medium

After applying liquid foundation and powder, I dabbed the hard candy concealer under my eyes and on my upper cheek bones to give the whole "Kim Kardashian Highlighted Cheek Bones"
Then I contoured my face with Elf blush ad bronzing powder (using the bronzer side). By the way, this is probably my favorite elf product of all time!!! And it's only 3 dollars :) :) Then I used the blush on the apples of my cheeks. Next I did my eyes using Elfs shadow primer, pink all over my lid and using the grey matte out of the palette as a eyeliner. Next was my lips. I used the Maybelline concealer on my lips first because my natural color of lip is almost red, i'm not even kidding! It has always been annoying on account of I love nude lips : / Then I applied Revlon's Soft nude. Last I did my eyebrows. I know they aren't the best today but that's how they turned out lol.  and... TADA! done. It's probably not EXACT with the makeup but this is my attempted :)
Oh and notice i'm a bit tanner? It's a super affordable self tanner I have been using! I'll post a review about it soon!

Review: Garnier Nutrisse Multi-Lights Highlighting Kit

Hey lovely's! So in one of my recent post, I was debating whether or not to do the whole 'ombre' hair or just go lighter. After thinking HARD, I came to conclusion that I want to go all over lighter. I decided not to go light all at once. I'm in the process of growing my hair out, and I want to make it as healthy as possible. So I am going to go gradually lighter. Currently my hair is dark brown. I had black over it but after 4 months I finally washed almost all of it out, enough to start bleaching. I bought a Garnier Nutrisse Multi-Light Highlighting Kit in Warm Broze.
It came with a direction guide, creme developer, highlighting power/ bleach, highlighting comb and conditioner. It also came with a plastic bowl and gloves.
 Here's my hair before.
The directions say to use the comb but I found that to not work as well as dipping your finger in the bleach, then going over where you combed. I waited about 20 min. rinsed, then used the conditioner it came with.
Here is the outcome, I did bigger chunks because I want most of my hair blonde eventually. I really liked it and I thought it was a great step into getting my hair blonde especially it for it being so dark.
Here is how it looks with my black extensions
And here is how it looks when I wear my hair naturally curly. I'm planning on wearing my hair like this more often so I don't have to straighten and damage my hair more than I am when i'm bleaching it.

What do you think???

EOTD: Tropical

Hey everyone! This is an outcome I got playing around with the Manly 30 color palette I just recently reviewed

I was inspired by the beautiful colors of a parrot!!!

Manly 30 Color Eye Shadow;Eyeshadow Palette Make Up Blush

Hey everyone!!! Hope everyone had a great week and have some fun plans for the weekend! Mine was good, just had to snip some of my sons binkies lol!
SO recently I received a Manly eyeshadow palette from KKcenterhk to review and let me tell, you I was so excited to receive this palette! It took about about 10 days to get here to Utah. I am so impressed by the packaging. I 100% trust them to send me my eyeshadow palettes safe and undamaged! My mother-in-law lives with us and she handed the package to me and looked almost bigger than her lol. It was wrapped multiple times in bubble wrap, and taped. I can't even tell you how long it took me to get this undone, it's a good thing!! Here's a video on how they safety pack their eyeshadows: Click Here  Here's some pictures...
It came it a white Manly box that listed the ingredients on the back. It was also wrapped one more time inside the box. Judging at their pictures on their website, I expected a huge palette but it was actually a pretty decent size, very easy to handle. Here's the palette compared to my hand size... and my 2 year olds hehe :)
Here's the link and description of the palette listed on their website:

All came in perfect condition :) It has 2 palettes, 30 shadows; 15 per palette. Both palettes can pull out of case. There's also a little ribbon to pull them out (seen in the picture below)

I applied a small amount of each color. (The bluish/green color on pic 2 was damaged by my son :(, again all came in perfect condition)

all w/flash

Overall view: I normally am not a huge "colorful shadows" fan, but this palette was defenitly an exception. I have found my self going to this palette more than I thought I would. The case is sturdy and heavier than I was expecting it to be, the shadows where large, and most were pigmented. I loved how it came with a variety of colors I can play with, how it has hues in the same color family and it is very portable as they clammed. Although this was sent to me for free to review, I think it is a very reasonable, inexpensive price for 30 shadows. Some cons: some were not as pigmented. Specifically the matte light green and matte light yellow were the less pigmented. Also some colors seemed chalky, such as some of the mattes.

Do I recommend buying this? Yes, I loved it. The colors are gorgeous! If you love colorful eye shadows and love to have many hues in the same color, I highly recommend this.

You can purchase this palette from KKcenterhk.com
Their website if full of fun beauty, hair, accessories etc.
